The guesthouse offers immaculate rooms and fantastic nature scenery, perfect for relaxing after a long day of business meetings. The breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view of the gardens was a great way to start the day. Additionally, the staff was helpful and respectful of privacy.
While the location was serene and perfect for relaxation, it was a bit far from the center of town and local restaurants. Also, there was no flexibility when it came to changing reservations, so be sure to plan ahead and stick to your schedule.

Exceptionally friendly couple who own the guest house. Treated us like family, we couldn't have been made more welcome. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and all our needs were met. Lovely accommodation, very clean and comfortable.

Cleanliness, location up to the waterfall, staff, and breakfast were the highlights. The hotel is located away from all action, providing a serene ambiance for relaxation, and it is close to Kruger Park for those who want to go on a safari. The staff members were welcoming from the first minute and made me feel at home. They led me to the beautifully refurbished house which was surrounded by a lush garden, just like a jungle. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned, and the all-encompassing view of the waterfall from the hotel is a bonus. The breakfast served at the lovely veranda was first-class, and there are restaurants nearby if I preferred something else.
Nothing, I didn't like, to be fair. This city is gorgeous!

The hillside setting of this guest house was breathtaking, with a beautiful garden full of flowering plants. Breakfast on the veranda overlooking the view was a delight, especially with company from the Siamese cat and golden retrievers. The hosts were charming and very helpful about our travel plans. I wished I had more time to spend there.

The owners, Janet and John, just couldn't have been more friendly, hospitable and helpful. The area is absolutely stunning, with scenery to match just about anywhere in the world.
Some fixtures and fitting were not good quality and some were in poor condition. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work (despite a request from us that it be seen to) the shower door leaked and poured water on the floor of the bathroom. The resulting sodden bathmat was not replaced, but merely hung over the shower door

We stayed at a charming guest house with welcoming hosts. the location was secluded, which made it very peaceful. Although it was away from all action, we found great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed a lovely waterfall hike behind the house and found it easy to access attractions like Kruger Park. the room was luxurious and came with a complimentary tea and coffee tray, with homemade biscuits. the breakfast was freshly made and delicious, with a choice of juices, pastries, and a fully cooked breakfast.
The staff could have been given more responsibility.

We found this place to be a hidden gem in the middle of lush nature. Surrounded by a wonderful garden that resembled a jungle, this hotel provided a serene and tranquil environment for us to relax and unwind. The house and garden were lovingly maintained and provided a beautiful backdrop for our stay. We especially enjoyed the large patio where we could sit outside and have our delicious breakfast. The service here was top-notch, with housekeeping going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel also offered a range of amenities, including a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and a sitting area, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, happy to offer advice on the surrounding area. We couldn't have asked for a better place to base our adventures from.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The view from the accommodation was stunning and definitely one of the best aspects of our stay. We also appreciated the warm and personable hospitality of the hosts. The breakfasts were delicious and they offered a good variety of dishes to choose from. the recommendation of local places to visit and eat was very helpful.
Although the room was clean, it was quite small and lacked space for comfortable seating. , the bumpy and narrow road leading to the accommodation was a bit of a challenge.
